Return policy applies to online purchases from www.fashionhub.expert. Sales in the offline store, showrooms and offices are final, and no return and exchange are accepted.
If your online purchase from fashionhub.expert isn’t quite right or you’ve changed your mind, you may return it for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- All refunds will be issued after receiving the products in the same condition as delivered to the original payment method.
- Items must be returned new, unworn and in the condition in which they were received. If the items in question are not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet our standards.
- Due to the nature of custom-made and made-to-measure or ready-to-wear purchases or items that have been altered, modified, or lost any original tags, labels or damaged packaging, or any sign of worn, we are unable to accept returns of such items.
- Items marked Sale online, or offline are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify unusual or unreasonable return patterns.
- The price protection will not apply if the item is not available on fashionhub.expert in the same style and size purchased.
- Custom-made or custom-painted products are not eligible for return.
Repeated Returns
We are proud to offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even more accessible. However, we do monitor the number of returns made by the same account. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we reserve the right to close your account and/or cancel future orders.
